The Journey Starts Today

Last night, I spent some time on one of the most enjoyable parts of my job, sending best of luck messages to a number of individuals who are starting new roles today.

No matter how experienced you are, walking into a new employer’s office for the first time can bring a mix of excitement and nerves. New faces, new expectations, new beginnings.

To those stepping into new roles this morning, the message was simply one of wishing you every success.

And to the employers welcoming new team members, best of luck to you also as you begin the onboarding process.

Because recruitment doesn’t end with the signed contract, that’s just the start.

A well executed onboarding process is key to helping people settle in, integrate, and succeed.
