A line a candidate said to me earlier this week, and honestly, it stopped me in my tracks.
It could be the title of a future hit song, but it also opens up a serious conversation.
As AI becomes embedded in how we learn, work, and think, can we still evaluate degrees the same way?
Is there a measurable difference in exam results pre and post ChatGPT?
Or, as it’s always been, is the real test in how people apply what they’ve learned on the job?
There’s no easy answer, but I’d love to hear what others think. Has the playing field shifted? Should we view qualifications differently? Or are we overthinking it?
