Client Relationship Manager

Talent Partners are looking to recruit an ambitious and successful Client Relationship Manager who wants to join a growing company and deliver a best in class offering to our client base as disrupt and enhance the world of ticketing software.

We are looking for an experienced, bright, motivated self-starter who can create and maintain strong relationships, drive revenue opportunities, deliver results and solve problems for their clients.

Role Profile:

As Client Relationship Manager your role will include the following duties:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and current clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Assisting with Activation of new clients
  • Understanding the evolving needs of clients and developing plans to meet them.
  • Managing and assisting with the in-house online Client Support Function.
  • Working collaboratively with clients to grow revenue and enhance customer experience
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending events and shows.
  • Supporting the UK Country Manager on day to day tasks

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years professional experience in the area of client relationship or account management
  • A desire to work in a dynamic, flexible, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and an ability to face challenges head on and learn quickly.
  • Good listening skills with a good ability to network.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a client organisation.
  • Knowledge of Sport, the Arts, Events, Music or Visitor Attractions sectors is not essential but would be deemed an advantage.
  • A third level qualification preferably to degree level is desirable but not essential.
  • Computer literate, comfortable with technology and efficient in office packages and software packages. Knowledge of Jira, Click up or onepage CRM would be deemed as an advantage
