We are looking for an experienced, bright, motivated self-starter who can create and maintain strong relationships, drive revenue opportunities, deliver results and solve problems for their clients.
Role Profile:
As Client Relationship Manager your role will include the following duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and current clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Assisting with Activation of new clients
- Understanding the evolving needs of clients and developing plans to meet them.
- Managing and assisting with the in-house online Client Support Function.
- Working collaboratively with clients to grow revenue and enhance customer experience
- Supporting marketing activities by attending events and shows.
- Supporting the UK Country Manager on day to day tasks
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- 5+ years professional experience in the area of client relationship or account management
- A desire to work in a dynamic, flexible, fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and an ability to face challenges head on and learn quickly.
- Good listening skills with a good ability to network.
- An ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a client organisation.
- Knowledge of Sport, the Arts, Events, Music or Visitor Attractions sectors is not essential but would be deemed an advantage.
- A third level qualification preferably to degree level is desirable but not essential.
- Computer literate, comfortable with technology and efficient in office packages and software packages. Knowledge of Jira, Click up or onepage CRM would be deemed as an advantage
